About the DUI School

Established in July of 1995, this state-licensed program provides the required DUI services to court-ordered and voluntary clients in Miami Dade County. This includes registration, evaluation, and substance abuse education courses for first time and multiple DUI offenders and referral to treatment when indicated. The level One(first DUI) course consists of twelve hours of substance abuse, human physiology, and Florida DUI traffic law information. The Level Two (multiple DUIs) course consists of twenty-one hours of similar material in a small group discussion format. When indicated, treatment referrals are made to DCF licensed Counseling agencies who provide documentation of treatment success. The Special Supervision Services Program is a voluntary service for DUI multiple offenders with five, ten to lifetime revocations. Participation on a monthly basis allows them a restricted driving permit.

· Advocate has three full service locations in Miami-Dade County.
· ALL D.U.I convictions will require probation.
· The Advocate Program is a not-for-profit Justice Agency, that has served the citizens of Miami Dade County for twenty five years.

DUI Level II $335.00 Initial Payment: $92.00
