What are Batterer Intervention Programs (BIP’s)?

Batterer Intervention Programs are psycho-educational groups designed for those having to attend domestic violence treatment after being referred via a court order or on a voluntary basis. They are monitored yearly by the Department of Children and Families and are located in all of Florida.
