Although many clients are required to perform community service hours as a condition of diversion or probation many other clients are referred to the program strictly for community service. These clients are placed with non-profit agencies based on client interest, location and number of hours required.

The Advocate Program maintains a community service database comprised of agencies interested in receiving volunteers to their program. The database is updated yearly so that agencies wishing to continue to receive volunteers can do so and allows new agencies on to the list as well.
